She is always open to learn new task and adapts to our changes well. The only complaint I ever heard from Kim was about a bad carry out lunch special. I want to recognize the "over-and-above" service that Lori Knotts, the Service Manager on my team, provided to one of our elderly clients. Lori returned the call of a customer whose home insurance cancelled for non-payment. While speaking with her, the customer fell and said she thought she broke her hip. Lori was very concerned and wanted to call 911 or the customer's daughter. The customer declined saying she would call her because she lived next door. The next day, Lori called to check on her and spoke with her daughter. She advised her Mom had broken her hip & I believe was having or had surgery. The daughter thanked her for calling to check on her and she made the payment to get the policy re-instated. To me, this is "Exceptional Service" to take the initiative to check on her. She valued not just "a customer" but "the person".

I received a phone call from a current client that he was purchasing another business and needed to get coverage ASAP (typical client that forgets to tell his insurance agent) So Sherman received the information and got it rated up so that I could present to the client the same day. We were able to bind the coverage and provide top notch service to this client. I just wanted to say how I appreciate the extra effort from Sherman.

Jacqueline was working on a renewal for a commercial property we insure. Our client (the owner of the commercial property) hired a new property management company and Jacqueline took the opportunity to ask a probing question around what a headache it must be for the property management company to have to work with so many different agencies on their different properties that they manage. The property manager took the bait, and Jacqueline connected the property management company with Sharon Manderson. Sharon did such an excellent job making it easy for the property management company that they referred 12 other buildings to Sharon this week! Jacqueline is not in a sales role at Blue Ridge but took the time to create a selling opportunity and Sharon seized that opportunity to turn it into revenue tor Blue Ridge. Well done ladies!

I am so thankful for all the work Lisa and the rest of the team put into our Open Enrollment Meeting for Mac, Inc. Not only did she have a fantastic Valentine's Day theme, but she also had Employee Booklets prepared, preprinted enrollments, checklists, pens, snacks, and giveaways for all of the employees. These extra touches make such a difference and really show our customers how much we care. The level of detail helps cement the relationship with a 20+ year customer.

I was recently assigned to an account that we secured via a BOR effective 12/4/25. I was not at all familiar with the account or the type of risk. To make things even more challenging, the account was renewing on 2/1/26 and we didn't even have copies of the expiring policies yet. Amanda familiarized me with the account, communicated with the underwriter, assisted the producer in gathering renewal information and, ultimately, prepared a comprehensive renewal review for us. I certainly would have struggled to get through that renewal without her support! Kudos to Amanda for her outstanding teamwork and professionalism!

Jen is my right hand and is available regardless of the time of day! Helped me when I forgot my laptop during snowstorm... she is an all hands-on deck team player!

I had an issue on a w/s claim for a long time commercial customer. It turns out due to some garaging changes some autos were split to a new policy. She helped me research and correct the claim submission with carrier to get our insured's payment resolved. She did not hesitate to help (as always) and I really appreciate her.

She is always so sweet & helpful when she forwards the calls. She tries to get all the info to us for Lookup codes/etc. She is a great asset to Blue Ridge.

I want to thank both Stephanie and Sheri for all the help in getting the claims loaded into Monday.com for my January claim reviews. I would not survived January without their help. Sheri set up the boards and entered some of the claims and Stephanie entered claims also so I could complete the rest of the spreadsheets. Thank you both.

Lisa is such an incredible team member! Any time I throw a question out on our teams page, she jumps in to help. She offers solutions to my (odd) problems, walks through quotes with me and gives me reference information when needed. She follows up to make sure I've gotten everything I need and she keeps me laughing while she does it! All while juggling an exceptionally large workload of her own. Kudos out to Lisa! I reached out to Chad about getting photos of a property in Morgantown for a client. Within an hour, Chad had me the photos and earned the agency a Winback Small Commercial account for over $1,000 in new revenue. Teamwork got the agency the premium on the books. Thank you, Chad!

I was working on a claim for a customer, and she asked what her deductible amount was before I transferred her to file the claim. I called the assigned POD and spoke with Able. I explained that I had a customer filing a claim and asked if he could provide me with the amount so I could share it with her and complete the claim. He told me he could speak with her and then file the claim for me. I said I could do it, but he insisted on filing the claim. He was very sweet and pleasant, and put me in such a good mood. He is truly a joy.

Work ethic - Wendy went well out of her way to help me secure an AOR. We won a great new piece of buisness, effective 1-1-2026, but I found myself in a spot to obtain the compensation, estimated to be 2k-3k for the month of December, if I could obtain an AOR before 12-1. Wendy made a special trip to the office on Thanksgiving to prepare an AOR letter that I then sent to the client and had signed on Friday the 28th, the last day we could obtain it to secure the 12-1 AOR. A personal lines client recently contacted our office regarding a notice of a lawsuit filed. I called Susie but got her voicemail. I thought nothing of it, when Susie returned my call, she apologized on missing my call and explained why. A 17-year-old driver was in an accident outside the office, without hesitation Susie went outside to assist. Susie is living our culture and displayed our mission and vision with her actions. Great customer service who isn't a current customer.

Shannon came to the agency in June of 2023 with no previous insurance experience. She began studying for her P&C license right away. Yesterday, she passed her P&C licensing exam! Congratulations Shannon! We are so proud of you!

I received a very nice Thank You Note from a longtime client outlining his interaction with Michelle Robinson on a recent personal auto claim. This client can be challenging and sometimes it is very difficult to meet his expectations. Delissia was instrumental in assisting a client local to the Hagerstown office when there were difficulties in getting the claim check from the carrier due to a lien on his vehicle. Delissia is not the account manager for this account, but assisted me because the customer came into the Hagerstown office and I am remote. She assisted with getting the proper documentation from the lienholder and getting it to me to send to the carrier.

I was out sick with food poisoning for 5 days. Elizabeth Kemper stepped in and handled my accounts amazingly as she always does when I am out. I can always count on Liz.

Lisa is always prompt in replies and her assistance with our clients is priceless! There have been multiple times that she has assisted with the personal lines for several of our large commercial accounts. Recently, she helped me obtain billing information in about an hour so that I could reply to our client on multiple invoices they had received on their personal lines.

April is a Rock Star! She took a complicated case with lots of twists and won the prospect over. After several months, she was able to get the commercial policies on the books. Between Commercial and Personal lines, premiums exceed 35K.

Paula a great leader and mentor, and she is the most caring and considerate person. I had a client walk into the office and was very concerned about the claim she had filed earlier in the day. I called Angela and she was very understanding and walked me through everything we needed and answered any questions the client had.

Both individuals stepped up in a big way as they both helped out in a time of need. A new client of the Agency, Lewis County Board of Education was holding an opening day for the entire staff. They asked us if we could participate without much lead time and both Steven and Karis stepped up and made the trip to Lewis County, early on a Monday morning to meet and greet more than 200 employees. They both went out of their way to make this event beneficial and is very much appreciated.

Sheri's commitment to top-tier client service truly sets the bar. She is a standout example of what going above and beyond looks like with every client she supports. I'd say I feel lucky to have my large accounts managed by her... but she (with bit of convincing ??) also took on a handful of my smaller clients who needed that helping hand. Despite the differences between small and large group, Sheri consistently shows up as our compliance guru, benefits encyclopedia, and industry teacher when needed (I need it a lot). No matter how many questions or requests we her way, she will always respond with a smile and at a speed like no other. Kudos to Kendra for her outstanding work in retaining the account, Fredericktown Associates. We had competition this year from the previous producer that wrote it when she was with the agency. And because of Kendra's close relationship with the insured and her determination, we were able to retain it and help improve his coverage. Her efforts in working with the broker went above and beyond, and her proactive approach allowed us to have all the markets secured way ahead of time because we planned for competition at the renewal.
